A lifelong Steinbach resident and a Realtor® since 2007, Adam Neustaedter brings a professional, informed approach to real estate. As a licensed Broker, he focuses on clear guidance, strong agent and client support, and maintaining high standards within the industry.
Adam serves on the Board of Directors for the Manitoba Real Estate Association, contributing to provincial advocacy and long-term industry strategy. Nationally, he is a member of the Marcom Committee with the Canadian Real Estate Association, helping shape communication and marketing initiatives for Realtors® across Canada.
He also oversees Century 21 Gold Key Realty’s growing Property Management Division, ensuring clients receive reliable, well-organized service supported by strong systems and professional oversight.
Under his leadership, the brokerage has consistently earned Centurion Awards and Per-Person Productivity Awards, reflecting a culture of high performance and strong professional standards.
